Well unfortunately not much will happen unless people actually post. You can start with in intro to your legion as a start. Maybe add which legion is irritating your character and make the attempt to start war with that area. And depending on the area, you talk to that person and discuss what can be the outcome of that battle.

This can pretty much go for anyone who's feeling stuck and not know what to do.
