There was a reddit post that showed what another piece of morse translated to. Unfortunately, I blocked reddit using a browser extension so it doesn't distract me, but I remember the end being terrifyingly awesome:

Anyone wanna explain some way for me to Play Fallout 1 semi easily for a first playthrough? I've played the first half hour of it multiple times, but can't get it down pat. Also don't know how to sneak/run at all

I'd suggest reading a couple gameplay tutorials.  The beginning is probably the hardest part for people picking it up, but they give you A LOT of good gear at the start (especially compared to Fallout 2), so it's not that hard.

It and Fallout 2 are still great games, and you guy's should keep trying, because they are both great experiences.  They just can be a bit unforgiving at times, if you make the right mistake...

Just finished Lonesome Road. Chose to bomb the F*CK outta both factions since I am before the part of the game where they forgive you for everything you've ever done to them (Actually did all the DLCs with this very point in mind). So now I can access Long 15 and Dry Wells and fight the game's super bosses whenever I choose. In the mean time, I finally understand the overall plot of the Game's DLCs. Damn did the Courier have a major effect before the game even begins.

Motherfucker. Well, I guess part of me figured that it could be fake, but I was really hopeful. Sucks to have that part of you that is willing to believe let down, lol. Oh well, back to waiting. Impatiently.
