Counters: Any Steel / Poison type or a pokemon with the Immunity ability. (This is why it's a very risky set)
You must put Hydration on this if you're using it in a rain team. Also you can put Rest over Recover because of Hydration healing it of its sleep after Rest is used. If you are not putting it on rain team then go with the safe Recover, and use Overcoat over Hydration. Shell Armor is also an option since it does prevent crits. Toxic and Protect is to Toxic stall and Spikes for a filter. You can also put Encore for free switches.
