I wasn't a fan of the final boss gauntlet (Entei, Suicune, Raikou) in the original Pokemon Ranger, if only because if your loops broke the chain even once, you had to start all over, and that these guys needed like 20+ loops each as they unleashed the most powerful attacks they could xD Also Mew deserves an honorable mention.

I had just finished repressing those memories ;-; Although, the one that sticks out to me in particular is the Steelix you have to catch about half-way through the game. Because it's impossible to do so without a dark type, so if you forgot to catch the sneasel a while back, it's impossible to win. |
