A new Pokemon anime that is made for a more older audience. It is based on the plots of red/blue. It's also more violent and more like the first Pokemon games. It is only being ran for a limited amount of episodes. |

The 'More Violent' is the manga, Pokemon Adventures. Origins wasn't all that violent. It's 4 episodes, 20ish minutes long to be specific by the way |

Yeah. All it is is a special that was put together for the reasons mentioned before. Kinda like the one episode specials for the Mystery Dungeons. Or the Pokemon Cronicles Spinoff. |

Just watched the first episode. Holy crap is it better than the regular anime. Red seemed to learn more in an episode than Ash has since the 90's...

I think the whole point is that origins was meant to be short special, so they tried to make red learn a lot more, but with ash that series has been going on for decade+ now, and they need to drag it out to make a season, if it took ash an episode to reach the next town or to get the next gym badge, it'd be over in like 8-10 episodes. Rather then the 70-90 that they have. |

There's a difference between knowledge and rushing. Zohaib is talking about how Red caught on stuff more quickly how he is all around more intelligent than Ash. Ash is just the same old ignorant brat as he was the first episode. |
