Excluding Pikachu, the one with the most screen time is Oshawott. :3
Since he's always popping out of the ball.
And I guess the artists like to draw his expressions. XD

so since the Team rocket subplot is over... Team Rocket have gone back to their white uniforms and their silly ways TT_TT the cool rocket was nice while it lasted  |

do what they always do, run around unova popping into episodes and try to steal pikachu and pokemon of the day while trying to be funny I'm glad TR werent in the ducklett episode, they would have ruined it trying to steal sandile and the duckletts or something xD the duckletts are supposed to be teh villains! |
