This movie is set to release in Japan on July 16, 2011. As shown (and in the title), it's set to feature Victini and Zekrom.
‘New’ Legendary Pokemon in 14th Movie ... or is it mythical? :p
The official Japanese Pokemon movie website has updated with a countdown clock which will reveal a new Legendary Pokemon on February 15th. This new Pokemon will star with Victini and Zekrom in Victini and the Dark Hero: Zekrom. The only "new" Pokemon are Black and White's hidden Legendary Pokemon Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect, and since it's too early for new forme changes to be revealed, it will obviously be Keldeo, the fourth and additional member of Virizion, Terrakion, and Cobalion's trio.
Since CoroCoro magazine will be released on the 15th, we can assume it will reveal the "new" Pokemon as well. Scans of the magazine will likely leak a day or two before its official release which means we should have confirmation of the announcement and perhaps a teaser of Keldeo's role in the movie in only a few days from now.
New Developments 2/12/11
Two Pokemon Movies For 2011!
In what can only be described as incredible, two Pokemon movies will be released this year on July 16th: Victini and the Dark Hero: Zekrom and Victini and the Light Hero: Reshiram; a small scan that leaked on the Internet of CoroCoro magazine has revealed the second title. No other details are known at this time other than there will be two, so we can only speculate what this means. Could there be one real movie with two versions, like with the video games? Could there be two actual movies? Could there be two shorter movies playing back-to-back? Either way, this is quite the development! We'll find out more information within the next few days when more CoroCoro leaks or when the Japanese Pokemon movie website updates.

The official Pokemon movie website has updated with the two movie 14 titles: Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom and Victini and the White Hero: Reshiram. The website has revealed that, as predicted, the movies will basically be two "versions" of the same plot, with the defining difference being the Legendary Pokemon that appears in each. However, we still do not know if there will be more differences beyond that.
So how will this work in Japan? Do you get to choose which you want to see when you go to the theater, or will certain theater complexes only show one of the two films? At least now if you want to see the movie more than once, you'll have the option of getting a slightly different experience (or should we rather consider this an evil marketing scheme to get more money out of the little childrens, like with the video games? :p). How will Cartoon Network handle the two different versions when it decides to air them in America, and will both movies be released together on DVD?
The blog section of the movie site has also revealed that the Victini players can download at movie theaters will know Ball of Flame in addition to V-Generate. Ball of Flame has 100 base power, 100% accuracy, a 30% chance of inflicting Burn, and five Power Points. The blog also mentions that there "might" be another big announcement regarding the films at the start of March. Considering the Pokemon you can download for preordering a movie ticket has not been revealed, we can probably assume that is what this future announcement pertains to (and maybe it's Keldeo?).
In addition to the above, an online sports newspaper, Nikkan Sports, has posted a news story about the two films which reveals some basic information about their plots. Translations of the important bits are below thanks to Sabonea_Masukippa; thanks goes to AAPF for this news tip!
Two New Pokemon Movies to Premiere the Same Day
We learned on the 14th that the new Pokemon movie, the fourteenth in the series and set for release on July 16th, is the first movie in the history of Japanese animation to have two versions produced separately but premiere on the same day. Adding to the already revealed 'Best Wishes - Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom' is the 'White Hero: Reshiram.'
Ash and Pikachu, the protagonists, participate in a battle competition during the Harvest Festival of Aintork, home to the people of the Earth, when the mysterious Pokemon Victini appears. Up until this point the movies are the same, but the Legendary Pokemon varies between the two movies. In the 'Black Hero,' Zekrom appears after recognizing a person in pursuit of the 'ideal,' while in 'White Hero,' Reshiram appears after recognizing a person in pursuit of the 'truth.'

New Characters in Victini Movies Revealed in ‘CoroCoro SP’ Magazine
A special mini-version of CoroCoro magazine, CoroCoro SP, was released in Japan yesterday; inside is a tear-out "countdown poster" for the two Victini movies. In the top center, you can see a man with black and white hair, a woman wearing a red hat, and the Pokemon Hydreigon, Reuniclus, Golurk, and Gothitelle. What do you want to make a bet that the man is the bad guy and that Gothitelle will only appear in one movie while Reuniclus will only appear in the other?

http://www.filb.de/1511Victini Movies Website Updated With Plot, Characters
The website for the two Victini movies - Victini and the Dark Hero: Zekrom and Victini and the Light Hero: Reshiram - has just updated with basic plot and character information as well as with the trailer that aired on Oha Suta a few hours ago. The character page reveals that the male lead character, Dread, will have different clothes in each movie because in Zekrom he travels in the wilderness whereas in Reshiram he travels in a tundra. The movies will also feature a different child in each, with a girl in Zekrom and a boy in Reshiram; wanna make a bet they're linked to the main Legendaries (maybe they even are the Legendaries)? As we already knew, some Pokemon will be exclusive to each movie depending on which you see. Bangiras has translated all of the information below. So far, the plot sounds like a mix between the Lucario and Arceus movies with a dash of Manaphy.
Ash, Pikachu, Iris, and Cilan, who are traveling through the Unova region, arrive at Aind Oak, a town with a sprawling castle at its center called the "Earth's Sword." This town once flourished as the "Kingdom of the People of the Earth," but has now fallen into decline. Ash and friends participate in a battle in celebration of Aind Oak's harvest festival. There, they meet and befriend Victini, a mythical Pokemon who can gift a mysterious power to humans and Pokemon. Dread Grangil, a descendant of the People of the Earth who wishes to restore the kingdom, schemes to use Victini's power to move the "Earth’s Sword," but as a result, Aind Oak will be engulfed in horrific disasters. If he accomplishes his goal, will Ash and his friends be able to save the town from crisis? And what of Victini's fate? Add to this the mystery of Zekrom and Reshiram, and you'll be awed by the greatest adventure in the history of Pokemon!
