Looking back at the history of the pokemon games (Gen 1 and 2), who do you think was overall the most hardest, and/or symbolic NPC? Or who was just your favorite?

he is not Gary. Gary is anime. In-game it's Blue/Green (depending on english/japanese name) |

Red, atop Mount Silver, undoubtedly is the most symbolic character in my opinion. Although I was kinda pissed when I realised that I owned Blue before playing G/S and thus I played as Blue, and not Red.

I suppose, but I've always considered the player in Blue to just be called Blue. Nevermind XD |
